Once we received the order, we will call or sent an whatsapp message with the product availability,price and the courier charges. Upon your confirmation we will share the payment option (Gpay # or Bank details) for transfering the amount.
Q: “How do we confim that payment has been received?”
Customer must share the transaction details once payment has been made via Googlepay or Bank transfer along with the order ID # via Whatsapp message. We will let you know about the status of the payment received once we check with our accounts department.
Q: “Is Cash on Delivery option available?”

Cancellation and Returns
Q: “What if I need to cancel or change my order placed via Fejionline?”
Changes to your order can only be made before proceeding to checkout. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done before making the payment.
Q: “What if I received a damage or different item which is placed via Fejionline?”
Products sold and dispatched by Feji Arts and Crafts are eligible for return within 2 days of delivery in case of defects, damage, or if the received item differs from the one ordered. Before initiating an exchange or replacement, For returns, it is mandatory to include an unboxing video as evidence. Please ensure the item is kept intact, with all original accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards (if provided) in the original packaging when returning the product.
